Silvio Guerrero is our Business Coordinator at Washington Wealth Counsellors ® PC. In this role, he participates in client consultations and the formation of business entities such as Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Statutory Business Trusts, and Partnerships. Highly skilled on the web, Silvio can tell you if your new company name is available in Delaware and many other states while you are visiting us or on the phone. He has developed a special skill in the drafting, review and implementation of business agreements. He oversees the successful execution of 1031 Exchanges and commercial leases and recordation of deeds to business entities.

Being from the generation raised with computers, Silvio helps maintain our sophisticated computer systems and shared printers and often solves in house technical problems.

Silvio's family immigrated to the Untied States and run their own family businesses in Virginia, giving Silvio personal experience with the family owned and operated business, helping him to understand the needs and lives of our many family owed business clients. In 2008 Silvio graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University. Silvio has his sights on continuing his legal education in law school and becoming the first lawyer in his family. Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Silvio is fluent in both English and Spanish.
